1. Who we are

This Privacy Policy explains how LO & CO Consulting, LLC, the operator of Lead Flux Media ("Lead Flux Media," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares personal information through lead-fluxmedia.com (the "Site") and when you contact us about our services. Lead Flux Media is a service of Flux COO, operated by LO & CO Consulting, LLC, which is based in Cincinnati, Ohio.

This policy covers information about visitors and prospective clients. When we provide services to a client, we process data on the client's behalf under our agreement with that client, and the client's own privacy notice governs that data.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

When you use our contact form or email us, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as your name, email address, phone number, company, website, role, budget range, the services you're interested in, how you heard about us, your message, and the consents you give.

Information collected automatically

Like most websites, our server records technical information such as IP address, browser type, device type, pages visited, referring page, and the date and time of your visit. When you submit the form, we also record your IP address and browser user agent with your submission to help prevent fraud and spam.

Interactive tools

The lead flow calculator and the traffic leak check on the Site run entirely in your browser. The numbers and answers you enter are not sent to us or stored by us.

3. How we use information

• To respond to your inquiry and discuss our services
• To prepare proposals and, if you become a client, to provide our services
• To operate, secure, and improve the Site, and to prevent spam and fraud
• With your consent, to measure the effectiveness of our own advertising
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

4. How we share information

We do not sell the personal information you submit through the Site, and we do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising without your consent. We share information only:

• With service providers that help us run our business, such as web hosting and email providers, under contracts that limit their use of the data
• If required by law, legal process, or to protect our rights, users, or the public
• In connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy
• With your direction or consent

5. Cookies and similar tools

We use necessary browser storage to remember your cookie choices and a session cookie on the contact page to protect the form from abuse. Optional analytics and marketing cookies are only used if you allow them, and we honor Global Privacy Control (GPC) signals as an opt-out of marketing cookies. The Site loads fonts from Google Fonts. See our Cookie Policy for details.

6. Retention

We keep inquiry information for as long as needed to respond to you and manage any resulting business relationship, and then for a reasonable period for record-keeping, legal, and security purposes, generally no longer than three years after our last contact unless a longer period is required by law.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), restricted access to stored submissions, and spam and abuse protections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

8. Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, including under the laws of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia, Texas, Oregon, Florida, and other states, you may have the right to:

• Know or access the personal information we hold about you
• Correct inaccurate personal information
• Delete your personal information
• Obtain a portable copy of your information
• Opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information, targeted advertising, and certain profiling
• Appeal our decision about your request

To make a request, email contact@lead-fluxmedia.com with the subject "Privacy Request." We will verify your request using information you have already provided to us and respond within the time required by law. You may use an authorized agent where the law allows. We will not discriminate against you for exercising your rights. If we deny your request, you may appeal by replying to our decision, and if your appeal is denied you may contact your state attorney general.

9. California residents

In the past 12 months we have collected these categories of personal information: identifiers (such as name, email, phone, and IP address), commercial and professional information you provide (such as company, role, budget range, and services of interest), and internet activity (such as pages visited). We collect them from you and your device for the purposes described in section 3. We have not sold personal information or shared it for cross-context behavioral advertising, and we do not knowingly sell or share the personal information of consumers under 16. We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes that require a right to limit.

10. Calls, texts, and email

If you consent on our contact form, we may contact you by email and at the phone number you provided about your inquiry. Consent is not a condition of purchase. You can opt out of marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link or by emailing us, and you can ask us to stop calling or texting you at any time.

11. Children

The Site and our services are intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13, or from anyone under 18 through our contact form. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date shows when it was last changed. Material changes will be highlighted on this page.
